Nina also works as a Fitness Mentor with a wide range of clients.

She specialises in helping people who are heavier than they would like to be. Her ethos differs totally from that of a personal trainer. She works closely with each client to build up a fitness programme specific to their individual physical and emotional goals, needs and lifestyle. Nina's primary aim is that, at the end of a specific period, they have not only achieved those goals but are confident, enthusiastic and motivated enough to continue to exercise without her. Her approach is unique, simple and extremely effective.

  • Programmes are designed to accommodate client's individual lifestyle
  • There is no need to have gym membership
  • Nina is based in London but works with clients outside of the city (within 120 mile radius)
  • Initial £50.00 consultation fee (1 - 1 1/2 hours) followed by weekly fee of £35.00 - £60.00 (based on individual requirements)
